FT FUNCTION FOOD
At FT Kitchen and Bar we want your celebration to be a special one. Something different from what is offered at other venues. With this as our driving force, we have created a menu that showcases the best of what we have to offer from our smoker.
Served buffet style, your guests can enjoy the food how they would like it. Fresh and tasty meats from the smoker, complimented by sides, salads and finger food options. We also have add-on items so you can customise your menu to suit your tastes

BAR TAB ON CONSUMPTION
A bar tab can be set at the beginning of your function with a specified limit or amount in mind that you feel comfortable with spending. This can be reviewed as your function progress and increased if need be. However, we will always ensure that you are in control of the amount throughout the event.
At any point, you are welcome to turn the bar into a cash bar so your guests can purchase their own drinks. On a Friday and Saturday night we require a minimum bar tab of $500 when hiring either function space for exclusive use
